Playhouse & Swing Set Warranty

All of our kids playhouses and swing sets come with a manufacturer limited warranty that carries a 5-year guarantee to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.

- The warranty is valid for as long as the playhouse / swing set remains at the original address of delivery.

- Should the playhouse / swing set be relocated to a new destination, this warranty will be discontinued.

- Any customer concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. We take pride in taking care of our customers.

- Whole Wood Cabins LLC disclaims liability for damages caused by, including but not being limited to, natural disasters, fire, vandalism, or storms with wind speeds exceeding 35 mph, thus excluding these causes from warranty coverage.

- Defects such as cracking, checking, rough surfaces, etc. are normal features of natural wood products such as our playhouses and swing sets. Quality inspection allows for natural characteristics to be present and do not affect the structural integrity of the playhouses or swing sets.
